Information Security Analyst

• Track and update documentation to align with agency delivery frameworks.
• Collaborate with system administrators and developers to implement corrective actions.
• Conduct risk assessments, document Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&MS) and track remediation of security gaps.
• Ensure team members complete and adhere to security awareness and training.
• Serve as liaison between technical teams and cybersecurity teams for security-related issues.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years in cybersecurity or information assurance, preferably in a federal environment.
• Familiarity with AWS security best practices (e.g., IAM, KMS, encryption, logging).
• Knowledge of vulnerability management, endpoint protection, and access control mechanisms.
• Ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Must have active or ability to obtain IRS MBI clearance.
