Role Summary Urban Outfitters is looking for a Brand Marketing Intern to join us for the Summer. As a Brand Marketing Intern, you'll play a key support role in helping the team stay organized and efficient. You'll assist with scheduling, asset management, reporting, and internal communications-gaining valuable exposure to how a brand marketing team operates behind the scenes. About the Summer Internship Program: Each summer URBN Inc. welcomes candidates from across the country to immerse themselves within various teams across our portfolio of brands and gain hands-on learning experience in the area of business which they choose to pursue. See for yourself what our past & present interns are up to @urbncareers! The URBN 2026 Summer Internship Program will run from 6/1 through 8/7 at our Home Office in Philadelphia, PA. Summer Internship Program Application Process: 1. Apply to one (1) internship posting that best suits your interest & skills. If there is a project component in the application (see below within role qualifications), it is required that you submit this to be considered for a position. This is due at the time of your application submission. 2. Complete Video Interview: Candidates selected will receive an email with a link to complete a video Interview. You will have 2 days to complete this portion of the application once the email is received. 3. Interviews will be scheduled with our internal teams, continuing on a rolling basis. Applications will close at 5:00pm EST on November 3rd, 2025. Role Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing brand campaigns, product launches, and seasonal initiatives.
  • Support the creation of content for social media, email, and web that aligns with UO's brand voice and aesthetic.
  • Conduct trend research and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategy.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking notes during team check-ins and campaign reviews.
  • Organize and maintain marketing assets, campaign files, and shared drives.
  • Support the tracking of campaign timelines, deliverables, and status updates.
  • Help compile weekly and monthly marketing reports using data from internal tools.
  • Coordinate sample requests, shipments, and vendor communications as needed.
  • Maintain internal calendars for campaign launches, content drops, and key milestones.

Role Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (especially Sheets, Docs, and Slides).
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Clear communicator with a proactive, can-do attitude.
  • Interest in fashion, retail, and the Urban Outfitters brand.

Project Requirement: In addition to your application and resume, to be considered for this role you must submit a Concept Board (8.5 X 11 PDF format is preferred).   • Create a marketing campaign concept board focused on Fall 2026 featuring tears of images (still life styling, editorial, artistic, branding, etc.) that you find aspirational for the brand's creative direction and could be used as a potential collective campaign idea across email, digital and social platforms
  • You may use visuals from blogs, Instagram, magazines, etc. to show your point of view but be sure to think like a marketer when pulling your aspirational tears and compiling the concept board.
  • Be sure to include 2-3 influencers you could see as partners with this Fall 2026 campaign and why you think they would be great fits with our brand.
