We are excited to announce that in partnership with our client, we are looking for an Executive Administrative Assistant to join our team! The Executive Administrative Assistant provides administrative and operational support to one Vice President (and other members of the executive team). This position is responsible for a wide range of tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing travel, preparing presentations, and handling confidential information. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the biopharma industry and be able to work independently and as part of a team. Top Level Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel for the VP and other members of the executive team.
  • Manage the calendar and ensure that all appointments are kept on schedule (Knox calendar, Outlook Calendar, WebEx calendar).
  • Prepare (format, edit) presentations and materials for meetings and conferences.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Respond to emails and phone calls in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide administrative support to the executive team, including filing, organizing, and maintaining records.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, secretarial science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as an executive assistant (preferably in the biopharma industry).
  • Ability to speak Korean preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Discreet and trustworthy.
