  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • * Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • * Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
  • * Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) and communication platforms (e.g., Slack, Zoom).
  • * Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • * Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
  • Experience:
  • * Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a relevant administrative position.
  • * Experience working remotely or managing tasks in a virtual environment is highly desirable.
  • * Previous experience in supporting senior executives or managing complex schedules is a plus.
  • Working Hours:
  • * Full-time position with flexible working hours.
