This position offers the flexibility to work from home while assisting customers with their shipping inquiries. As a Live Chat Representative, you will help customers track their shipments, resolve issues, and provide information about FedEx services in real-time. Role Overview In this role, you’ll support customers through FedEx’s live chat platform, answering questions about tracking, delivery status, billing inquiries, and other FedEx-related concerns. This job requires strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a dedication to delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities - Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, assisting with shipment tracking, delivery status, and billing. - Utilize FedEx’s internal systems to resolve customer issues quickly and accurately. - Maintain a professional and friendly tone throughout each chat interaction. - Document customer interactions for follow-up and quality control purposes. - Address and resolve escalated customer complaints as needed. Qualifications - Must reside in or near Kansas City, MO, and be authorized to work in the U.S. - High school diploma or equivalent required. - Previous customer service or live chat experience preferred. - Excellent written communication skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks remotely. - Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace for remote work.
