Brand Manager (Women's Luxury Fashion)

As our Brand Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in defining and amplifying our brand’s voice and taste making, ensuring that it resonates with our discerning customers and stands out in a crowded marketplace. You’ll lead the charge in developing innovative brand strategies, creating unforgettable brand experiences, and guiding our storytelling across all touchpoints with a strong orientation toward business performance. Coverage Area: Brand Strategy & Vision

  • Own the brand strategy and vision, defining and evolving the brand’s positioning to ensure alignment with company goals and customer expectations, while driving measurable business impact.
  • Work closely with leadership and our creative team to bring the brand’s ethos to life across every platform.
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency in messaging and visual identity across all touchpoints.

Content & Creative Execution & Leadership

  • Lead creative campaigns, from concept to execution, ensuring all content embodies the luxury and craftsmanship of our brand.
  • Lead and collaborate with the content, design, and social team members to develop compelling imagery, copy, and narratives that resonate with our customers.
  • Drive influencer partnerships, user-generated content (UGC), and brand collaborations to amplify reach and build brand loyalty. .

Marketing & Growth

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and revenue.
  • Ensure brand presence across all channels, including social media, email marketing, website, and paid ads.
  • Measure and report on brand performance, optimizing strategies based on key insights.
  • Drive business performance.

Customer & Community Engagement

  • Foster an engaged and loyal community by leveraging email marketing, social media, and brand events.
  • Ensure the voice of our customers is heard, acting as a key advocate in shaping brand initiatives.
  • Manage public relations, securing brand features in top-tier media outlets and building strong relationships with key influencers.

E-Commerce & Digital Experience

  • Collaborate with the e-commerce team to ensure the website, product pages, and online experience reflect the brand’s luxury identity.
  • Help drive sales through seamless online branding and engaging digital experiences.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 3+ years in brand management, marketing, or a related field within luxury fashion and lifestyle space. Experience in e-commerce and DTC brands is a plus.
  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Fashion, Communications, or a related field. Advanced education (e.g., Master’s) or certifications in branding, marketing, or digital strategy is a plus.
  • Creative Vision: A keen eye for design and an instinct for what makes a brand stand out in a competitive space.
  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to balance high-level brand strategy with the hands-on execution of creative campaigns.
  • Exceptional Communicator: A storyteller who can inspire teams, partner with stakeholders, and engage customers through compelling narratives.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, startup environment while owning individual projects.
  • Digital Savvy: Familiarity with digital marketing trends, e-commerce platforms, and social media tools.
  • Luxury Aesthetic: A passion for luxury fashion, with a deep understanding of the nuances of brand-building in the high-end space.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 3+ years in content creation and production, social media management, or a similar role, specifically within fashion or luxury industries.
  • Creativity: Exceptional creative vision with a strong understanding of fashion aesthetics and storytelling.
  • Technical Savvy: Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Lightroom, Photoshop) and video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Organization: Highly organized with the ability to manage large volumes of content across multiple channels.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for persuasive copy.
  • Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Proven Portfolio of previous creative work should be included with your application.
