Weekend Receptionist (Part-Time, Hybrid Remote Opportunity)

Join Micrologic Associates, a leading provider of innovative products and services to the car wash and quick lube industries, as a part-time Weekend Receptionist. We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced receptionist to join our administrative team, working either on-site in Parsippany, NJ, or 100% remotely from the Eastern Time Zone (EST).

Job Summary:

We're looking for a talented and experienced Weekend Receptionist to provide top-notch support to our team and clients. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for managing multiple phone lines, answering calls, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be available to work an 8-hour shift on Saturdays and Sundays (7:00 am - 7:00 pm EST), with flexibility to adapt to changing needs.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Answer and manage incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Screen calls to obtain necessary information and route to appropriate departments
  • Enter electronic service requests and communicate with internal teams as needed
  • Manage email accounts, route emails, and create service tickets as required
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Learn and communicate technical information with technical supervisors
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including ordering and coordinating company events

On-Site Responsibilities (if applicable):

  • Greet visitors and ensure a professional first impression
  • Coordinate paperwork and administrative tasks
  • Order and stock office and kitchen supplies
  • Assist with scanning, electronic filing, and other administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of reception experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and G-Suite products
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
