Remote College Co-op - Software Engineering IT

As a Remote College Co-op in our Software Engineering IT branch, you'll have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, collaborate with innovative thinkers, and contribute to the success of Delta Air Lines.

In this role, you'll be assigned to one of our Software Engineering Portfolio groups, where you'll work on projects such as Software Performance & Reliability Engineering, Omnichannel Technology, or Purchasing, Servicing, AI/Automation. You'll have the chance to develop your skills, gain valuable experience, and make a real impact on our business.

We're looking for undergraduate students with a strong foundation in Computer Science, Software Development, or related fields, who are eager to learn, innovate, and grow with our team. If you're a motivated, analytical, and creative problem-solver with excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

• Work on exciting projects in Software Engineering, including software development, testing, and deployment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement innovative solutions
• Develop and maintain software applications, systems, and tools to support business operations
• Participate in agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Contribute to the development of new technologies, including cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and data analytics

What You'll Need:

• Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student with a minimum 2.5 GPA
• Completed at least two years of college coursework in Computer Science, Software Development, or related fields
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, tools, and processes
