Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to play a key role in developing and adapting our internal tools and systems for Cyberpunk 2, the highly anticipated follow-up to Cyberpunk 2077. As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for day-to-day tools development, supporting code compilation and integration, improving builds performance, and developing new features to drive our development team's success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and improve our in-house build system technology
  • Develop and manage CI/CD systems to ensure seamless integration and deployment
  • Optimize pipelines and processes to enhance builds performance and efficiency
  • Collaborate with the development team to integrate new deployment processes and establish automation workflows
  • Provide Perforce support and maintain source control branches, resolving merge conflicts as needed
  • Create and maintain documentation of the build/release process to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity
Requirements
  • Proficiency in C# backend development (ASP.NET Core, .NET 6+, primarily .NET 8)
  • 5+ years of experience in game development, with a strong understanding of DevOps principles and practices
  • Experience with Entity Framework, LINQ, and Python programming
  • Knowledge of Postgres or other RDBMS, as well as source control software
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, set goals, and drive initiatives forward
  • Proven track record of effective collaboration, supporting colleagues, and achieving shared goals
  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, handle ambiguity, and excel under pressure
Nice to Have
  • Knowledge of Unreal Engine and continuous integration concepts
  • Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS)
  • Familiarity with Elasticsearch/MongoDB and Active Directory, security concepts, and authentication
