We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior FP&A Analyst to support our financial operations team. As a remote member of our team (CST Time Zone), you will work closely with our Senior Analyst to organize and prepare financial data for internal reporting and analysis. Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Clean, organize, and input financial data from multiple systems
• Assist in building and updating financial reports and models
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve data gaps or inconsistencies
• Prepare summaries and insights for senior analysts and leadership
• Maintain templates and financial tools in Excel
• Support projects related to financial due diligence and post-merger integration

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic understanding of finance or accounting principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort working with structured templates
• Fluent English; clear written and verbal communication
• Ability to work independently and problem-solve data challenges

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with financial due diligence or integration projects
• Background in FP&A, financial modeling, or financial reporting
• Familiarity with Sage Intacct (training provided)
