As a Remote Customer Service Specialist, you will be the voice of Aeetna, providing essential support to Medicaid members and healthcare providers. You'll handle inbound calls, addressing inquiries related to benefits, eligibility, services, prior authorization, and more. We're committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences, and strong communication skills are key to success.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound calls from members and providers, providing accurate and helpful information regarding benefits, eligibility, services, prior authorization, and program details.
• Maintain a reliable internet connection with a secure Ethernet link. Wi-Fi is not permitted.
• The organization provides necessary hardware and comprehensive training.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to meet performance standards, attendance requirements, and call quality objectives.
• Must have a dedicated home workspace and be able to work independently.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working in a call center environment.
• Familiarity with Medicaid and federal health insurance programs.
