AI & Machine Learning Trainee - FutureMaker Create-a-thon
Launch your AI/ML career! Join the MIT RAISE Initiative and SureStart for our virtual FutureMaker Create-a-thon, a 6-week program (July 1st - August 9th, 2024) designed for motivated undergraduate and high school students in the United States (including Puerto Rico). This program offers a unique opportunity to develop foundational AI and machine learning skills, gain hands-on experience building deep learning models, and contribute to real-world AI solutions.
As a FutureMaker Create-a-thon trainee, you will:
- Follow a self-paced curriculum guided by experienced machine learning mentors.
- Participate in an exciting AI Create-a-thon with cross-disciplinary and cross-age teams.
- Attend seminars on career development, hear from industry professionals, and network with peers.
This virtual, part-time, and free program requires one year of prior programming experience and a commitment of 3-4 hours each weekday during the cohort, plus a few hours on two Saturdays.
Eligibility: Currently enrolled students in the United States (including Puerto Rico) are eligible to apply.
