Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain data in various databases and systems accurately and promptly.
• Verify data for accuracy and completeness prior to entry.
• Assist in data cleansing processes to ensure data quality.
• Prepare reports and summaries from the database as required by management.
• Respond to data inquiries and provide relevant information as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes and improve efficiency.
• Help maintain confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or related field is a plus.
• Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar role, preferably in staffing and recruiting.
• Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfortable with operating various database systems.
