Assistant Manager, Business Continuity - Lead the Way in Crisis Management

Join our team as an Assistant Manager, Business Continuity, and play a critical role in ensuring the resilience and continuity of our business operations. As a key member of our Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Customer Crisis Recovery (CCR) Team, you will develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks, respond to crises, and safeguard our employees, merchants, products, and services.

In this role, you will work closely with various teams to ensure compliance with key resiliency requirements, develop crisis response strategies, and maintain the team scorecard. You will also own the annual Business Impact Analysis (BIA) certification process, support Service Continuity audits, and drive process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

To succeed in this position, you will need strong problem-solving skills, excellent project management skills, and the ability to influence without authority. You should be comfortable working in a distributed team environment, prioritizing multiple tasks concurrently, and managing time to meet deadlines. A strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure are also essential.

If you have 2-3 years of relevant experience, proficiency in Excel and MS tools, and a strong passion for business continuity, we encourage you to apply. Preferred qualifications include proficiency in Tableau and Lumi, a Bachelor's degree, and business continuity experience.
