About the Role: As a Bilingual Social Media Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for responding to inbound customer inquiries via social media, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities to offer additional products and services. You'll need to be proficient in both English and Spanish, with excellent written communication skills and a sales-focused mindset. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver world-class customer service through social media channels, providing solutions and identifying sales opportunities
  • Process orders, update customer accounts, and maintain accurate records in internal systems
  • Multitask effectively between handling customer inquiries and navigating multiple systems

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in both English and Spanish, with strong bilingual communication skills

  • Customer service experience, with a minimum of 1 year in a customer service or sales role
  • Available for 12 weeks of paid training, with consistent 8-hour shifts scheduled between Tuesday and Saturday
  • Desire to work overnight shift from 9:00PM - 6:00AM CST, with a reliable internet connection and a private workspace
