Customer Advocate - Data Entry (Remote Opportunity)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Advocate - Data Entry to join our team at Workwarp. As a Customer Advocate, you will be responsible for researching and responding to written inquiries in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner. This is a remote opportunity with a competitive salary of $17.50 per hour. Key Responsibilities:

* Research and respond to written inquiries in a timely and accurate manner * Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and efficiency * Utilize Microsoft suite and demonstrate strong computer skills * Provide exceptional customer service and support * Work independently with minimal supervision and make sound decisions

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree or 3 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing in a healthcare or health insurance environment * Experience in provider outreach, decision-making, and responding quickly to questions * Data entry and/or typing experience * Excellent interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision-making skills * Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills * Proficiency in Microsoft suite * Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy

Preferred Qualifications:

* 5 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing * 6 months of data entry experience in an office environment * Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
