Data Analyst III - Remote - Transforming Healthcare Analytics

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, run, and maintain recurring reports, as well as ad-hoc reports, focusing on clinical care and other areas.
• Provide advanced analytical support for business operations across claims, provider data, member data, clinical data, HEDIS, pharmacy, and external reporting.
• Extract, load, model, and reconcile large datasets across multiple system platforms and sources.
• Analyze data to determine operational impacts, identify issues, trends, and areas for improvement, and escalate findings to management.
• Develop reports and deliverables for management and ensure compliance with federal and state deliverable reporting requirements.
• Assist with training and mentoring other Data Analysts and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of statistical analysis or data analysis experience, with healthcare experience preferred.
• Experience managing projects or heavy involvement in project implementation.
