As a Data Entry Agent, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our database by accurately entering and updating teacher pension data. Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter and update teacher pension data into our database, ensuring high levels of accuracy and completeness.
• Review and verify data for accuracy, and maintain and update existing data records to ensure all information is current and correct.
• Generate and distribute reports as required by management, and ensure all data processing activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve any data discrepancies, and maintain thorough documentation of all data processing activities.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in data management or related fields are a plus.
• Previous experience in data entry or data processing preferred; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with database management systems.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
