Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive learning initiatives and lessons in our Thinkific learning management system (LMS)
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging content and assessments that meet the needs of our diverse learner community
• Cultivate a sense of community among learners through content creation, editorial calendar management, and cohort organization
• Establish a path for ongoing content updates, ensuring our curriculum remains relevant and effective in an ever-changing social media landscape
• Work with industry leaders to develop micro-certifications and assessments, and grow our curriculum through research and collaboration
• Establish partnerships with universities to bolster educational certifications and create curriculum partnerships
• Craft nurture workflows to progress learners through curriculum and assessments, ensuring a seamless learning experience

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of professional experience in education and social media
• Expertise in curriculum building, community building, and adult education
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including on-camera presentation
• Highly organized, outcome-driven, and self-motivated team player
