We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Warehouse Team as a Remote Warehouse Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our distribution center's operations. As a Remote Warehouse Team Member, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks, including:
Key Responsibilities- Receiving and processing incoming stock, including unloading and checking shipments against purchase orders and invoices
- Picking and filling orders from stock, packaging and shipping orders, and organizing warehouse inventory
- Accurately labeling and preparing packages for transport, inspecting stock for damage or defects, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment
- Operating material handling equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts, and order pickers, and complying with safety regulations and company policies
- Entering data into computer systems, including inventory management software, and maintaining accurate records
- Collaborating with team members to achieve goals and objectives, and contributing to a positive and productive work environment
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or distribution preferred
- Ability to operate material handling equipment and fulfill physical requirements of the position, including bending, standing, and lifting
- Knowledge of safety practices and safety-related requirements in the warehouse
- Ability to operate inventory management software, email, and other relevant computer systems
- Effective communication and team working skills are essential
