About the Role

• Collaborate with our sales team to support initiatives, including research, competitive analysis, proposal reviews, and creating communications, reports, and presentations.
• Perform administrative duties, such as scheduling internal meetings, preparing correspondence, and maintaining spreadsheets.
• Develop your skills in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Build relationships with senior-level management and maintain confidentiality.

Requirements

• Enrolled in an undergraduate degree program at an accredited university.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to work independently, with strong organizational, detail-oriented, critical thinking, and time management skills.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office applications skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Sophomore or junior working towards a business administration, finance, or health informatics degree.
• Experience creating documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
