Job Description
As a Business Analyst, you are an experienced member of the team who will drive business process improvements for Elite products at a high level. You will lead analysis efforts, mentor junior analysts, and take ownership of the business process architecture. This role requires advanced expertise in business analysis, continuous improvement, and a strong analytical approach to enhancing business processes, with a particular focus on SaaS software solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with stakeholders and engineering team members to discover, analyze and document business requirements for financial SaaS solutions.
- Be able to define and document personas according to most used configuration patterns in the system.
- Analyze and map business processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Work with cloud architects and engineers to align business processes with SaaS automation and cloud-native capabilities.
- Partner with engineers (Developers & QA) and product teams during SDLC to ensure requirements are correctly integrated into our financial SaaS solutions.
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of system behaviors, business logic, and common financial configurations
- Define documentation standards to be reused across different teams, like support and engineering.
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor's degree in STEM field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience with SQL.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, with a focus on SaaS software and/or financial applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques.
- Experience in use of data analytical and reporting tools as support for analytical work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools
- Strong ability to manage ambiguity and drive clarity in complex technical and financial discussions.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence product roadmaps and business priorities .
- Experience in applying software QA methodologies and tools to ensure comprehensive test execution.
- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) will be considered as a differential
- Prior experience with Public Cloud solutions (preferrable Azure, or AWS, GCP) will be considered as a differential.
