Job Overview

In this full-time role, you'll design, develop, test, and implement custom automations using Power Automate Desktop and other RPA platforms. You'll work closely with our software and database teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet our clients' unique needs. Your expertise will help us drive business growth, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop automation workflows using Power Automate Desktop, including scripting and integrating with other systems
• Analyze and map out business processes to identify automation opportunities and design effective solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in automated workflows, handling exceptions and optimizing performance
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, document processes, and ensure automation solutions meet business needs
• Write custom scripts to enhance automation capabilities using scripting languages like PowerShell, Python, or C#

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience developing custom Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using Power Automate Desktop or similar platforms
• Experience with the Microsoft O365 platform, Azure, and integrating Power Apps with third-party applications using REST API, SOAP, etc.
• Strong understanding of complex workflows with multi-UI windows, database integration, and custom scripting inside RPA flows
• Bachelor's degree preferred, with a strong foundation in computer science, information technology, or a related field

Nice to Have

• Experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI), Microsoft SQL Reporting Services (SSRS), SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), and Microsoft SQL
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, JSON, XML, Windows Services, and Console Apps
• Familiarity with .NET Framework, .NET Core, C# programming, and mission-critical healthcare applications
• Microsoft Certifications and experience with Salesforce are a plus
