Remote Information Architect - $35/Hour - Immediate Start

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Information Architect to join our team at Wayfair, working remotely and earning a competitive salary of $35/hour. As an Information Architect, you will play a key role in designing and implementing large data platforms and business analytics solutions to enable self-service analysis and reporting for our business stakeholders.

Job Summary

In this role, you will work closely with business clients and technical teams to develop tools and datasets that enable data-driven decision-making. You will design and implement data architectures, data pipelines, reporting, data analysis, processes, and quality controls to support business intelligence. Responsibilities

• Design and implement large data platforms and business analytics solutions to support data-driven analysis and reporting
• Build data architectures, data pipelines, reporting, data analysis, processes, and quality controls to enable self-service business intelligence
• Develop curated datasets that are easily consumed by non-technical users
• Collaborate with business clients and technical teams to build metrics and attributes that address broad business needs

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Systems, Economics, Management, or other quantitative discipline
• Ability to commit to working 40 hours/week (9am-5pm, Monday-Friday) from January 8, 2024-June 21, 2024
• Strong technical skills, including experience with SQL and Python
• Excellent business acumen, problem-solving skills, and communication abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience implementing data-driven solutions, such as reporting, algorithms, or data integration systems
• Programming experience with at least one language, such as Python, Scala, Java, or C++
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
