As a Part-Time Hotel Phone Sales Evaluator, you will play a vital role in helping hotel sales and catering managers refine their selling techniques through anonymous evaluations. Your strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently will be essential in delivering high-quality assessments and driving business results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create realistic scenarios and identities to conduct anonymous evaluations of hotel sales and catering managers
• Assess and score sales performances based on established parameters and key criteria
• Record and upload audio files of calls (where legally permitted) and evaluate collateral materials
• Utilize our company website and phone system to complete evaluations and provide feedback on customer experiences

Comprehensive Training and Support:

Our evaluators receive thorough coaching and ongoing instruction through a series of conference calls and video training sessions, covering:

• Criteria used in conducting evaluations
• Company website and phone system training
• Scenario development and customer guidelines
• Invoicing and expense reporting procedures

A minimum of two practice evaluations will be conducted prior to assigning a full workload, ensuring you're comfortable and confident in your role.

Requirements:

• Hotel sales or event planning experience (U.S.-based applicants only)
• Excellent communication, listening, and writing skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
