Job Summary

We're looking for a Project Management Student to assist in all phases of project management, from sales support to contract fulfillment. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work on various projects, manage budgets and schedules, and collaborate with internal stakeholders. Responsibilities

• Assist in project management for sports and commercial markets
• Provide sales support for project proposal generation, quoting, and technical presentations
• Initiate and organize contract documents, subcontract documents, and project correspondence
• Generate and monitor project budgets and schedules
• Coordinate internal project tasks, including sales to engineering representations, systems design, and project accounting
• Work effectively as a team member, with minimal supervision, and communicate effectively with sales, customers, and project team members
• On-site project installation supervision or assistance for projects

Pay and Perks

The typical hiring pay for this position is $18.00/hour to $20.00/hour, with opportunities for bonuses and benefits, including:

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you should:

• Be a student registered in at least 12 credits and currently enrolled in an accredited Bachelor's degree program in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering Technology, or a related field
• Have a strong academic record, with a preferred GPA of 3.5 or above
• Have prior construction experience, technical or mechanical interests, or relevant hobbies and experiences
• Possess good oral and written communication skills, organizational skills, self-motivation, and interpersonal skills
• Be fluent in English, both written and verbal
• Have a valid driver's license and be able to travel by air and ground
