The Role:

As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for:

• Demonstrating commitment to our company's philosophy, mission, values, and vision
• Applying specialized knowledge to screen, qualify, and select candidates according to brand/client standards
• Developing and maintaining a consistent flow of qualified candidates through active and passive sourcing
• Maintaining internal databases to capture accurate candidate/prospect information
• Building strong working relationships with internal sales and recruiting teams
• Communicating effectively with applicants, clients, and stakeholders

What We Look For:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of professional customer service experience
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team

• Understanding of the healthcare industry and active affiliation with healthcare organizations
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Salesforce CRM

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary, commission, and a comprehensive benefits package, including:

• Estimated base pay: $43,000.00 per annum
