As a Remote Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for:

• Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing expert knowledge about our company, products, and services.
• Identifying and sending potential leads to our New Sales Team, driving business growth and expansion.
• Assisting customers in setting up new Preferred Customer accounts online, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience.
• Directing customer tickets to the relevant departments, ensuring prompt resolution and follow-up.
• Collaborating with our New Sales team to resolve customer concerns, provide support, and drive sales.
• Guiding customers through the ordering process, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience.
• Participating in comprehensive training and coaching sessions with our Digital New Sales Manager to enhance your skills and performance.
• Attending weekly staff meetings, department meetings, and team meetings to stay informed and aligned with our goals and objectives.

We're looking for talented individuals who possess:

• Exceptional typing skills (50+ words per minute)
• Proven multitasking abilities
• A professional attitude and excellent communication skills
