As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional support and service to our clients and customers. Available Shifts:

  • Schedule A: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
  • Schedule B: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
  • Schedule C: Sunday to Thursday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and book incoming calls, emails, and other requests, projecting a professional and memorable image to customers
  • Make outbound calls to book and confirm existing and potential customers, maximizing dispatch board capacity
  • Sell services to consumers, de-escalate situations, and offer patient assistance and support
  • Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating company sites, or using products and services
  • Review customer accounts, providing updates and information on billing, shipping, warranties, and other account items
  • Collaborate with other call center professionals to improve customer service and train new employees
  • Prepare call performance reports and manage call performance, maintaining a database of customer interactions

Requirements:

  • Strong communication, written and verbal, with active listening skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and rapport-building skills, with a patient and empathetic attitude
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with adaptability and flexibility in fast-paced environments
  • Troubleshooting skills, computer literacy, and phone skills, including familiarity with complex or multi-line phone systems
  • Expertise in customer service, with the ability to speak multiple languages (desired)

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Starting base pay: $16.00 to $18.00 per hour, depending on schedule and role
  • Overtime available, with weekly pay and paid time off (accruing immediately)
  • 7 paid federal holidays, 1 floating holiday, and comprehensive health, vision, and dental insurance (starting on Day 1)
