Job Responsibilities:

• Design and implement a feature extraction process to effectively utilize existing data and create research profiles
• Develop a timeline and cost estimate for AWS assets required for the workflow
• Collaborate with our data analyst on data preprocessing and feature extraction
• Implement the workflow, establish benchmarks, and adjust the strategy as needed to ensure optimal performance
• Develop a method to evaluate the accuracy of researcher profiles and utilize dataset information to generate precise profiles
• Contribute to the development of a deep learning process that surpasses traditional probabilistic record linkage workflows
• Interact with our Technical Lead to build and maintain our corporate data lake
• Work closely with our data analyst to clean and prepare data for analysis

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• At least 3+ years of experience as a Natural Language Processing developer
• Proven experience with record-linking initiatives and semantic similarity algorithms
• Knowledge of ML and/or deep learning workflow design and implementation for record linkage projects
• Experience working with AWS environments and developing mechanisms to assess dataset accuracy using deep learning procedures
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with our Technical Lead and Data Analyst
