We are seeking a passionate and nurturing Assistant Preschool Teacher to join our team at The Learning Experience in Middletown, NY. As an Assistant Preschool Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of our young students, aged 2-4 years, and preparing them for a lifelong love of learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment that fosters emotional, intellectual, and social development
• Interact affectionately and respectfully with children, and communicate professionally with peers, children, and parents
• Support the lead teacher in planning and implementing a fun and exciting curriculum that includes phonics, technology, manners, sign-language, and more
• Build strong relationships with families and coworkers to create an inviting environment where play and learning happen seamlessly
• Communicate regularly with parents through various avenues, including mobile apps and personal discussions, to share their child's latest adventures and achievements

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience working with preschoolers (2-4 year olds)
• Meet state-specific guidelines for the role
• Must be vaccinated against Covid-19
