About the Role

As a College Test Prep Tutor, you will be responsible for providing individualized instruction and support to students preparing for college entrance exams. Your creative, engaging, and amiable personality will help to foster strong relationships with students and their parents, allowing them to feel supported and confident throughout the college preparation process.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one tutoring to students in ACT and/or SAT preparation
• Develop and implement personalized learning plans to meet the unique needs of each student
• Build strong relationships with students and their parents, providing regular progress updates and support
• Work collaboratively with our team to ensure the highest level of service and support for our students

Requirements

• Desire to be a role model for high school and college-bound students
• Organized learner with subject-specific expertise and demonstrated achievement
• Highly motivated and proven ability to relay knowledge in an effective and individualized manner
• Previous tutoring experience, especially in ACT and/or SAT prep, is a plus
• Ability to tutor in-person, virtual, and remote learning settings
• Reliable transportation to and from tutoring locations (if applicable)
• College Prep applicants should have scored in the 90th percentile or higher on their own college entrance exam(s)
