As a seasoned SAP IT Plant Maintenance Technical SME, you will bring a minimum of 5 years of experience in the following areas:

• SAP Plant Maintenance application
• SAP Work Manager mobile application
• OnBase application
• Agile Assets, including Sign Management, Pavement Management, and Tunnel Management
• Pontis Bridge Management System (BrM)
• Gasboy Fuel Management System platform
• EKOS Fuel Management System
• Custom Bridge Assessment System
• MS Azure DevOps application

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading, reviewing, analyzing, designing, configuring, testing, and deploying IT applications supporting new highways and/or facilities projects
• Creating, updating, and maintaining system documentation
• Analyzing, designing, configuring, and deploying enterprise applications and integrations
• Developing detailed technical specifications and quick reference documents
• Troubleshooting and fixing issues
• Performing unit testing and QA testing
• Updating tickets in ServiceNow
• Providing level of effort estimates for change requests
• Leading projects developed by vendors and providing SAP Plant Maintenance process overview to developers
• Facilitating meetings with project team members

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance, SAP Work Manager mobile application, OnBase, Agile Assets, Pontis Bridge Management System (BrM), Gasboy Fuel Management System, EKOS Fuel Management System, and MS Azure DevOps
• Proven experience in leading, reviewing, analyzing, designing, configuring, testing, and deploying IT applications supporting new highways and/or facilities projects
