As a seasoned sales leader, you will leverage your expertise to shape our platform's direction, identify growth opportunities, and execute strategic initiatives that exceed company goals.

About the Role

As Senior Director, you will lead our Commerce Platform sales team, overseeing sales initiatives, account management, integrations, and merchant success. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners, including executive leadership, Sales S&O, Product, and Marketing, to create a cohesive and scalable SaaS platform model. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving revenue growth, optimizing customer experiences, and building offerings that resonate with our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed company goals
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, guidance, and development opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to create a cohesive and scalable SaaS platform model
  • Optimize customer experiences, driving engagement and retention
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams

Requirements

  • 8+ years of sales leadership experience, with a mix of Mid-Market, SMB, and Enterprise experience
  • 5+ years of experience as a second/third-line leader, managing multiple layers of sales leadership
  • Deep understanding of SaaS platforms, products, and integrations with technology ecosystems
  • Proven ability to build, scale, and optimize teams within a platform SaaS model
  • Extensive experience with partnering cross-functionally to drive cohesion and success against sales initiatives
