Senior Product Owner - Cloud (Remote/Flexible)

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Product Owner to join our Data Cloud team, where you'll play a key role in developing new products and improving existing ones. As a Senior Product Owner, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to define and execute the Product roadmap, ensuring the Backlog is properly prioritized, defined, and executed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Obtain high-level work estimation and prioritize the ART Backlog to streamline program priorities
• Maintain the conceptual and technical integrity of Features for the team
• Provide input into timelines and investigate alternate paths forward on potential timing options
• Drive tradeoff evaluations on feature implementation and define Program Increment objectives
• Participate in usability studies to bring the voice of the customer to the team
• Support PM with Phase A business case development and Phase B in defining and gaining approval of customer journeys
• Ensure consistency of configuration and partner with Solution Leads to ensure design and development consistency across all work with ART
• Facilitate software selection process and serve as the 1st escalation point for all Delivery POs in the ART

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant work experience, or equivalent experience in software medical device development
• Experience in Medical Device development and/or other highly regulated products
• 5+ years of experience using Agile methodologies and SAFe methodology, related to Product Owner role
• Knowledge of embedded software, firmware, hardware development, and Software Development technologies
• Strong communication skills with audiences of various technical backgrounds
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision and demonstrate a passion for continuously improving processes and practices

Preferred Skills and Competencies:

• Experience with Insulin Pumps development and/or Cloud services
• Knowledge of Software development specific to Cloud services and experience building solutions in AWS or other hosted services
• Experience with DevOps and proactive communication with various stakeholders
• Detail-oriented with effective verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated abilities to leverage creativity to overcome obstacles and work with a sense of urgency

What We Offer:

• Competitive salary range: $124,200.00 - $186,300.00
• 100% remote working arrangements (may work from home/virtually 100%; may also work hybrid on-site/virtual as desired)
