Senior Staff Engineer - Mobile (Android) - Remote Opportunity

We offer a competitive salary range of $82,000 - $261,500 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications. Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical and thought leadership to the enterprise, focusing on multiple areas and collaborating with product managers, team members, customers, and other engineering teams to solve complex problems.
• Develop and execute technical software development strategies for various domains, ensuring the quality, usability, and performance of solutions.
• Utilize programming languages such as Kotlin, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, Dart, Python, C#, SQL, and NoSQL databases, as well as container orchestration services like Docker and Kubernetes, and Azure tools and services.
• Mentor and coach team members, sharing best practices and improving processes within and across teams, and influencing and educating executives on technical matters.
• Analyze costs and forecasts, incorporating them into business plans, and determine and support resource requirements to ensure desired results.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional software development experience within mobile and web frameworks/SDKs/languages, such as Kotlin/Java, Android SDK, React, TypeScript/JavaScript, or Flutter/Dart.
• 8+ years of experience with architecture and design, and 6+ years of experience with open-source frameworks.
• 4+ years of experience with cloud services like AWS, GCP, Azure, or another cloud provider.
• Fluency in at least two modern programming languages, and experience with micro-services architecture, continuous delivery, and infrastructure as code.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience.
