A typical day as a Services Project Coordinator will involve managing installation projects remotely, handling inbound and outbound calls, coordinating schedules, and troubleshooting issues using various tech tools. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, documenting interactions, and driving results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide installation job support to customers, service providers, and stores via inbound and outbound calls
  • Manage project schedules, coordinate product delivery, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Resolve Work Order issues, assess related costs, and promote team collaboration
  • Document all interactions accurately and thoroughly using various technology tools
  • Deliver consistent service, drive results, and build effective relationships with stakeholders

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field of study
  • 1 year of experience in project coordination or the remodeling/construction industry
  • 1 year of experience working in a Project Management function or contact center environment
