Data Collection Specialist- Part Time

This job includes, collecting data research from consumer and/or qualified business respondents using CATI software (computer assisted telephone interviewing). We help our clients leverage the ability to make multi-million dollar decisions from the survey data we collect. We are looking for those who can perform job duties with little, to no, assistance or delays. Ability or computer knowledge with the ability to learn our CATI system and be able to trouble shoot system problems when they occur. Must be accountable and dependable. Skills/Knowledge/Abilities
- Read verbatim
- Call center experience and customer-telephone service is a plus
- Exceptional communication skills both oral, written and communicate with company management with great efficiency
- Must be accountable to consistently dial phone numbers and complete surveys during your scheduled hours.
- Understanding basic computer terms and commands
- Ability to trouble-shoot and resolve
- Self-sufficient
- Good comprehension of project expectations and ability to read and follow step-by-step instructions
- Remains professional and polite, does not take phone rejection personally
- Ability to sit in front of a PC monitor for extended periods of time
- Fluent English required and Spanish speaking, reading and translating is welcome. Fluency in other languages is a plus
- Must sound professional and confident with excellent voice and tone
Equipment & Technology Requirements GDCC does not provide equipment, however majority of candidates have everything they need to get started earning additional income.
- Quiet-private-work space: professional office environment free from noise, distractions, pets, children and people related to background noises
- Home personal computer or laptop: Windows 10 or better required
- Chrome Web Browser
- High speed internet connection: 20mbps download and 10 mbps upload speeds
- PC headset: headset with noise-canceling microphone is required. This headset will connect directly to your PC via 3.5mm headphone jack or USB
- Instant message account. SKYPE is required
