AI & 3D Animation Specialist Type: Contract (1 year) About the Role We’re looking for a versatile Creative Producer with strong skills in 3D animation, video storytelling, and AI-powered design tools. You'll bring characters and ideas to life through visual narratives, combining traditional motion design with emerging tech. Key Responsibilities

• Animate and produce 3D content — from initial concept to polished video

• Design, rig, and animate characters for various formats (2D/3D/AI-assisted)

• Use AI tools (Runway, Pika, Sora, Midjourney, etc.) to streamline workflows and elevate visual storytelling

• Create storyboards, animatics, visual treatments, and style frames to pitch and guide production

• Collaborate with art directors, brand teams, and engineers to align on creative direction and narrative tone

• Develop and maintain a library of reusable motion/3D assets

• Ensure consistency and innovation across deliverables, platforms, and media types

Requirements

• 3–5+ years experience in animation, 3D design, or video production

• A strong portfolio featuring 3D animation, character animation, and video storytelling

• Proficiency with Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya, 3ds Max, or ZBrush

• Demonstrated use of AI creative tools (e.g. Runway, Pika, Midjourney, D-ID, Sora, Kaiber)

• Skills in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Figma

• Excellent understanding of motion principles, story structure, and visual pacing

• Bonus: experience with real-time engines like Unreal Engine or Unity, facial animation, or custom character rigs
