By removing the stigma of filing lawsuits, educating women about their rights, and providing a comforting and safe virtual environment in which to tell their stories. Not only have we helped over 30,000 women connect with contingency-fee legal services, but we have also helped create systemic change resulting in dangerous products being taken off the market, and institutions that harbor sexual predators being taken to task for their lack of oversight. Oh! And we have a legit non-profit too. Our Texas-based 501(c)(3) is the help women need when they’ve got nowhere else to go. And this position provides an opportunity to grow that part of us too. Just one more thing: Don’t let our pinkness and our charm fool you. We are tough as nails, and every day we deal with the stuff nightmares are made of. This is serious business. HERE’S WHAT THIS OPPORTUNITY REQUIRES: · Schedule Flexibility – We are open 7 days a week from 9 am to 9 pm CT. This requires availability outside of the normal 8 am to 5pm business hours. Availability during at least one weekend day a week is required. · Previous experience in any of the following areas would be considered for our ideal candidate:

• Customer Service - Phone
• Criminal justice
• Social Work
• Mental health providers
• Emergency 911 Dispatching

· Previous professional experience discussing and processing Intake related to sensitive subjects such as sexual assault, abuse, serious injury, and death is highly preferred. · Comfortable with 6 to 8 hours making contact, and talking to 15+ people a day is preferred .· Level headedness and emotional stability that allow you to handle traumatic topics without being easily overwhelmed, and continue through your shift to your next contact point. · Adaptability to using and multi-tasking through several remote tools and software including Slack, Google Suite, CallRail Simple Texting, Salesforce and Pipedrive are a plus · Active listening and ability to communicate with different demographics and personality types. · Passion for legal advocacy and giving a voice to those who are marginalized by society – Required. HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL DO: · Manage a high amount of outbound/inbound communication via calls and texts in a timely and efficient manner, responding to client questions and concerns and educating them on how legal action works and assisting them through the next steps of our process. · Evaluate inquiries/files that are currently going through our process to assess current contact needs; gather thorough information and accurate information pertaining to the experience they are looking into legal options for while assuring that the individual feels seen and heard, in or to determine if we can connect them with a law firm. · Discuss legal agreements and how to move forward with those we are able to connect with a firm, educating them on the process and advocating for taking legal action in order to make sure as many people as possible have the opportunity to seek justice with a firm that can assist them. · Utilize approved contact templates and reframe language developed by the team while keeping your contact personalized and catered to each individual we contact. · Keep detailed and comprehensive records of all conversations and contact within our CRM.
