Own the Operational RhythmYou'll coordinate logistics and technical setups for team meetings, events, and equipment - ensuring everything runs like clockwork. You'll work independently, prioritize tasks, and keep things moving with minimal direction from the GA Manager.2. Collaborate Globally, Lead LocallyYou'll proactively partner with Executive Administrative Assistants (EAAs) across regions, sharing knowledge and aligning on upcoming tasks. You'll also act as a mentor to peers at Band 4 and 5, guiding them on office protocols and expectations.3. Be a Trusted AdvisorYou'll stay informed about Kyndryl's evolving landscape and act as a go-to resource for your team and stakeholders.
