Long Form Video Editor

We’re looking for a story-driven Long Form Video Editor with motion design skills to join a fast-growing coaching and education platform that’s helping people unlock their full potential.

In this role, you’ll transform raw footage into compelling YouTube content—informative, inspiring, and visually thoughtful. If you love weaving narratives, refining pacing, and using motion graphics to elevate meaning (not just aesthetics), this is your dream role.

Edit Long-Form YouTube Videos

• Craft thoughtful, narrative-driven videos using talking head A-roll, purposeful B-roll, and light animations
• Edit in the style of Ali Abdaal or Matt D’Avella—clear, calm, and polished
• Add motion graphics, callouts, and subtle on-screen text to enhance clarity and retention

Shape Visual Storytelling

• Own pacing, transitions, sound design, and overall story rhythm
• Design intros that hook viewers and maintain flow throughout the video
• Bring rough creative ideas to life using motion design and strong visual sequencing

Manage Workflow & Collaboration

• Maintain organized project files and edit timelines
• Review feedback, collaborate with a creative team, and iterate quickly

• Proven experience editing long-form content for YouTube or similar platforms
• Highly skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Strong storytelling instincts—your edits build flow, not just look good
• Confident designing motion graphics, transitions, and on-screen text
• Comfortable with feedback, deadlines, and managing your own pipeline
• Self-starter with clear communication and a collaborative mindset
