This is a Remote role (Call Center)

• Full-Time: Monday – Friday 8:30AM TO 5PM EST • Comfortable working in a high-volume production environment. • Processing medical record requests by taking calls from patients, insurance companies and attorneys to provide medical record status • Documenting information in multiple platforms using two computer monitors. • Proficient in Microsoft office (including Word and Excel)
