Credit Analyst - Loan Processor (AU Financial, WFH)

Salary: P60,000-P80,000 (Salary Package)

Schedule: Monday – Friday (06:00 AM - 03:00 PM PHT)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• Experience in loan processing or credit assessment within the Australian mortgage or finance industry
• A background in finance, lending, or a related field- Knowledge of credit policies
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially when working with brokers and stakeholders
• Degree qualified in Business, Finance, Property, or related discipline

Nice to Have:

• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, is essential. Experience with CRM tools, including Pipedrive and Infynity, is an advantage
• Familiarity with servicing calculators and other lending-related software is also beneficial for assessing loan options.

What will you do?

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Credit Assessor/Processor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Australian credit industry, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to accuracy and compliance. You will be responsible for the end-to-end processing and assessment of loan applications, ensuring swift turnaround and excellent customer experience.

• Assess commercial and property-backed loan applications in line with company credit policies
• Perform income verification, valuation reviews, and credit analysis
• Liaise with brokers, internal credit teams, and external stakeholders to gather and validate documentation
• Prepare loan files and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines
• Highlight any risks or exceptions to the credit team for further consideration
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow-ups on pending applications
• Support continuous process improvement initiatives within the credit department
