Senior Product Manager

PetroApp is seeking a highly experienced and forward-thinking Senior Product Manager to join our team. As a Senior Product Manager at PetroApp, you will play a key role in driving the development and success of our innovative software solutions for vehicle management and payment.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the product strategy, roadmap, and development process. Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with business goals and customer needs
• Manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on strategic priorities and customer feedback
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define product specifications, and ensure successful product development and launch
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer insights, and growth opportunities
• Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces
• Monitor and analyze product performance, using data to make informed decisions and drive product improvements
• Coordinate product launches, including marketing campaigns and user training
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying them to drive innovation and maintain PetroApp's competitive edge

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management or product owner, preferably in the software industry
• Proven track record of successfully leading and launching products
• Strategic mindset with the ability to define and execute product strategy
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Proficiency in product management tools and software
• Passion for delivering exceptional products and creating a positive user experience
• Previous experience in vehicle management or payment solutions is a plus
