Digital Marketing Analyst (Remote, India)

Snapscale is seeking an Intermediate Digital Marketing Analyst to join our dynamic marketing team. In this remote position based in India, you will leverage your analytical skills to drive data-driven decisions, optimize digital marketing campaigns, and enhance overall performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze customer behavior, track campaign effectiveness, and report on key performance metrics to support our growth objectives and enhance our digital presence.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze digital marketing performance data and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage and optimize SEO/SEM strategies to increase organic traffic and conversion rates.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify market trends and recommend strategies to outperform competitors.
  • Collaborate with content creators to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives and messaging.
  • Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Prepare and present performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
  • Assist in the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, including A/B testing and segmentation.
  • Support social media marketing efforts by analyzing engagement metrics and suggesting improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing analysis or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, including Google Analytics and Excel.
  • Strong understanding of SEO/SEM principles and best practices.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms and social media analytics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
