Business Analyst - Supply Chain

We're looking for a Business Analyst - Supply Chain to play a key role in our digital transformation. You'll work closely with technology teams and business stakeholders to deliver projects that transform our supply chain operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within the Supply Chain or Logistics domain.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes, systems, and operations (SAP/EWM/WMS/WCS) knowledge is a plus).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for process improvement.
• Experience with business analysis techniques such as user stories, use cases, and process modelling (e.g., BPMN, As-is/To-be diagrams).
• Comfortable facilitating workshops and using various requirements elicitation methods.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complexity and build trust with stakeholders.
• Proficiency with tools such as Visio, Confluence, JIRA, or similar.
• A proactive mindset—you know when to take initiative and go the extra mile to ensure delivery.
• A collaborative team player with a desire to continuously improve and learn.
