Military Advisor- Demolitions (Part Time) (Mission Assurance 3)- 23591

HII-Mission Technologies is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Military Advisor- Demolitions to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will leverage your extensive background in tactical demolitions to develop and deliver world-class training to international partners.

Requirements

• 5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 0 years experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience
• Extensive experience in IEDs and demolitions, including breaching, shaping charges, and demolition planning
• Demonstrated expertise in understanding how to resource, assemble, and implement IEDs
• OCONUS experience, with a proven track record of successful operations and/or training engagements in complex environments
• Proven experience instructing and mentoring security forces
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design
• Ability to operate independently and as part of a team in austere conditions
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Willingness to deploy up to 50% of the time as required by mission needs
