We are seeking a dedicatedEH&B Claims Executiveto join our team at our Riyadh head office. This full-time role offers an excellent opportunity to support our client relationship management efforts within the Employee Health & Benefits (EH&B) Claims department. We will count on you to:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly to ensure a positive client experience. • Analyze client data and feedback to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for enhancing service delivery and client engagement. • Prepare and present regular reports on client satisfaction metrics, account performance, and relationship health to management and stakeholders. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure client needs are aligned with company offerings and strategic initiatives. • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and action items within the CRM system to ensure continuity and accountability.
What you need to have: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. • 0-1 years of experience in client relationship management, customer service, or a similar analytical role. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on relationship building and stakeholder influence. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
