Now, we're looking for driven, independent Sales Agents across Africa to join our remote team.

About the Role

We’re hiring remote, commission-based Sales Agents to help introduce our weather data services to local businesses, agritech firms, research institutes, and government bodies.

This is a part-time, fully remote opportunity—perfect for those who want to earn extra income with flexible hours. You’ll work independently to generate leads, build relationships, and close sales.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell WeatherXM’s hyperlocal weather data services.
• Identify and contact local businesses or organizations that would benefit from accurate weather data.
• Educate prospects about our value, build interest, and help close deals.
• Work independently while receiving guidance and support from our central team.
• Use a simple CRM tool to track activity and leads.

Requirements

• Some experience in sales, customer service, call centers, field sales, or other people-facing roles.
• Confident speaking to people and explaining product benefits.
• Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently.
• Fluent in English and based in any African country.
• Reliable internet access and access to a mobile or computer.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience selling tech, agricultural, or weather-related products.
• Knowledge of regional climate challenges or data needs.
• Background in startups or remote work environments.
